LeafGuard of Cincinnati is the part of the Lindus Construction/Midwest LeafGuard family which has locations in 7 states and has over 35 years’ experience in the home improvement industry.
Our location is managed by Jeff and Jen Anderson who strive to exceed customer expectations of quality and service. LeafGuard of Cincinnati is located on the outskirts of Amelia, Ohio on the east side of Cincinnati, conveniently off State Route 125 and East I-275. Our location provides a central coverage area to the Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky area.
Management
When offered the opportunity to relocate their family to Cincinnati, husband & wife team, Jeff & Jen Anderson jumped at the chance to get away from the frigid Wisconsin temperatures. Together, the couple has become involved with St Bernadette’s Catholic School and Church and when time allows, they enjoy visiting their family and friends back in Wisconsin (as long as there’s less than a foot of snow on the ground!)
Jeff, General Manager
Jeff has been working for LeafGuard for the past eight years. He’s an avid fisherman and recently worked to found the Southwest Ohio Junior Bass Busters, whom his boys, Lake & Cade are members of. He and sons also enjoy golfing in their spare time.
Jen, Office Manager
Jen spent the last 14 years working in financial services. When she isn’t chauffeuring their three children to basketball, football, baseball and Girl Scouts, Jen’s guilty pleasure is searching for primitive antiques.

Jim Bell, LeafGuard Production Manager
Jim is in charge of scheduling installations and supervising installation technicians. If you become a LeafGuard customer, it’s likely you’ll see Jim’s friendly face when he comes by with the LeafGuard machine to customize your gutters to your specifications.
Jim got his start in the construction industry in 2005 as a construction superintendent and has continued to enhance his supervisory & organizational skills since that time.
With a deep appreciation for the outdoors, his downtime is spent fishing, woodworking, camping, hiking and playing the guitar.
Estimator
Our friendly and knowledgeable estimator has years of sales and customer service experience.
David Roberts, Estimator
Having owned and operated several businesses David understands what it takes to put out a product that he is proud of and that customers are pleased with. With a firm focus on customer service, some of his proudest accomplishments are the industry recognitions he has personally achieved.
David is the proud father 7 year old twin daughters. Some of his favorite pastimes are coaching youth basketball and swimming in the family pool with his daughters and fiancé, Jennifer.
David Ankenbauer, Estimator
David is a former member of the Ohio Army National Guard. He has spent the last 6 years working in the home improvement industry. David excelled as our lead LeafGuard installer and we are very excited for him to work even closer with our clients as an estimator.
David is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting & fishing. He and his wife Lauren are animal lovers. They are currently the proud parents of 3 dogs, a cat and a snake.
Marketing/Sales
Sonya Mattingly, Marketing Specialist/Sales Coordinator
Sonya has a solid professional background in marketing support & customer relations. She prides herself in offering top-tier customer service and treating those she encounters with the utmost courtesy. Sonya is the mother of two active children and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Some of her favorite pastimes include gardening, camping, hiking and swimming.

Our drive and passion for installing LeafGuard gutters spans across Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. LeafGuard of Cincinnati is conveniently located on the outskirts of Amelia, Ohio on the East side of Cincinnati off State Route 125 and East I-275.
Reporting to: Construction Field Supervisor – LeafGuard
Status: Full-time/Non-exempt
Department: LeafGuard
Location: Amelia, OH
Essential Functions & Duties:
- Performs duties related to the fabrication and installation of LeafGuard gutter and downspout systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
- Erects ladders, scaffolds and safety devices as required to install gutter and downspout sections.
- Employs the use of tools and material with caution and while following approved safety practices.
- Maintains cleanliness of jobsite during installation and performs final cleanup of jobsite following installation.
- Removal of homeowner’s preexisting gutters when necessary.
- Completes job and time documentation in a legible manner and submits all documentation on a timely basis.
- Performs shop work and maintenance duties as assigned.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for workmanship of gutter and downspout systems, care of tools and material and final appearance of worksite.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and maintain a clean driving record.
- 2 years construction worksite experience.
Manual Skills:
- Physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving of your whole body to handle, install, position, manipulate material and erect scaffolding.
- Ability to lift and/or move 25-50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to safely, legally and consistently operate an automobile for traveling.
